NYC Community Land Initiative is an alliance of social justice and affordable housing organizations committed to winning housing for all New Yorkers. Our alliance includes grassroots, community- and faith-based, labor, and city-wide organizations working to advance Community Land Trusts (CLTs) to address root causes of homelessness and displacement.
NYCCLI engages in community education, capacity-building training, and advocacy to support CLTs and non-speculative housing models that promote development of housing and neighborhoods for and with community members not served by the private market.
