NYC Community Land Initiative is an alliance of social justice and affordable housing organizations committed to winning housing for all New Yorkers. Our alliance includes grassroots, community- and faith-based, labor, and city-wide organizations working to advance Community Land Trusts (CLTs) to address root causes of homelessness and displacement.
NYCCLI engages in community education, capacity-building training, and advocacy to support CLTs and non-speculative housing models that promote development of housing and neighborhoods for and with community members not served by the private market.
Want to learn more? Click below for presentations created by NYCCLI members on the history, principles, and operation of community land trusts. Contact us to request a workshop or presentation for your group.
